When we come down our stairs, we can see this cardinal through the little window on the door. He's perched on our wreath, hanging on the front door. He must not be able to see us, because we can get so close.
Aidan: What do you want to name him?
Molly Grace: How about Bob?
Aidan: You can't name him Bob! Anything but Bob!
Molly Grace: Okay, my second choice is Luigi
Aidan: I like Luigi, but I like Mario muuuuuuch better
Molly Grace: Okay fine. How about Bert from Accounting?
Ha. Ha. I guess Molly Grace has watched Horton Hears a Who just a few times.

Strollin' with the Little Guys
With Mike, Moira, Eileen and Teresa in Steubenville this weekend, we didn't have much going on. We took the little kids out for a little stroll yesterday, which they very much enjoyed. Yes, they have jackets on in mid-afternoon. We went from high 90's to low 50's in about 24 hours. Crazy WI weather!

Happy 2nd Birthday Seamus!
We had a celebration on June 8th for our little two year old! What a joy Seamus is to our family. We love you, Seamus!
The day was a busy one. Mike, Moira, Eileen and Teresa were getting ready to go to Franciscan University of Steubenville for University Days. (In case you missed the news, Moira will be attending FUS in the fall). Given that, we had to squeeze in a little party all while packing and running errands. Thankfully, Seamus was a happy guy nonetheless. As it turned out, we had his cake very late at night. The pictures here, with Seamus's glazed over-tired eyes tell the story of our busy day!
Soooo tired, but holding on to his flashlight, one of his present he opened earlier...
He gave the candles a good try, but Molly Grace (or was it Erin, I can't remember) had to help him in the end.
